Partner With Reflection of Truth
Developing Whole Stewards is shared work. Reflection of Truth™ works alongside institutions, organizations and aligned partners that want to strengthen the environments, opportunities and relationships surrounding young people and families.
Whether you are seeking ROT's support, bringing resources or capabilities to the work, or helping make formation possible for others, there is a place to begin.
Three Ways to Begin
ENGAGE ROT
Our institution wants ROT's help.
Your organization sees a need, opportunity or gap and wants to explore how Reflection of Truth might help strengthen what already exists.

Start With What Already Exists
Strengthen Before You Replace
ROT does not begin by assuming an institution needs another program. We begin by listening. What is already working? Where are leaders seeing inconsistency or gaps? What are young people and families experiencing? What outcomes matter? What capacity already exists?
Discovery comes before prescription.
How ROT Can Work Alongside an Institution
DISCOVER & UNDERSTAND — Understand the current environment, needs, strengths and opportunities.
DESIGN & STRENGTHEN — Shape solutions that build upon what already exists.
EQUIP & SUPPORT — Strengthen the people responsible for carrying the work.
IMPLEMENT & LEARN — Support responsible execution while gathering evidence and learning.
STEWARD & SUSTAIN — Help institutions reflect, strengthen and carry the work forward.
How Partnership Can Strengthen the Work
Strategic partners can bring more than financial support. The right partnership may contribute expertise, learning opportunities, technology, facilities, professional capability, career exposure, community access, relationships, or other resources that strengthen the environments surrounding young people and families.
The goal is not partnership for visibility. It is partnership that creates meaningful value for the work.
Partners in the Work
Reflection of Truth values relationships with organizations that bring aligned capabilities to Whole Steward Formation.
Partner profiles may be added as relationships are formally approved for public representation. Do not create an unapproved logo wall or characterize prospects, vendors, advisors or supporters as formal partners.
Partnership With Purpose
ROT seeks relationships that align with the Calling, create meaningful value for young people and families, respect the integrity of the Whole Steward formation architecture, and can be carried responsibly by everyone involved.
Not every relationship needs to become a partnership. The right relationships begin with alignment.
Find Your Place in the Work
Some organizations will engage Reflection of Truth for help. Some will bring capabilities that strengthen the work. Others will help make the work possible for more young people and communities.
Each begins with a conversation.
